J.P. Franco has worked as a producer/editor for over 10 years. His career started as a hobby, gaining him skill and confidence. In 1999, Franco and Schwarze partnered up to make films. His skills were immediately put to the test in editing a feature motion picture. A few months later, J.P. was offered a lead post-production position at a local production company. During this time, J.P. won many distinguished awards for the company. He also maintained several large accounts including, McDonalds, Howard Lederer's FullTiltPoker.net and The University of Illinois; all of which constituted a majority of the company's sales volume. In 2005 J.P. became a full time entrepreneur, forming ProWerks. He went back to school in early 2006 to finish a formal degree at the Art Institute of Southern Nevada. His name is recognized as one of the finest producer/editors in Las Vegas. Currently, he is a leading freelance editor for ZUFFA, which produces the world's most popular Mixed Martial Arts franchise, The Ultimate Fighting Championship.

After attending college for four years with ambitions of becoming an animator, Kelly Schwarze decided to start his own entertainment company. Kelly began working as a production assistant on a handful of movies, and TV pilots. During this time, he worked with Warner Brothers and assisted in several departments including transportation and production management. The experiences laid a foundation for the creation of his feature film company. Friends since high school, John Paul Franco partnered with Kelly to work creatively and to produce movies. After completion of their first successful feature film, Poking the Eye of the Storm, the duo decided to offer their company's abilities to those in need of media services, such as music videos and commercials. Kelly continues to freelance as a video director for such companies as TurnHere, Inc, which holds several accounts including Yellowpages, Pottery Barn, City Search, NBC, Dodge Ram, and Radio Disney. Since his involvement with TurnHere, he has produced, and directed over 30 videos for the company.
Partner / Editor / Motion Graphics Designer
Mark Johnson started his career as a production assistant and assistant video editor for the same production company as John Paul. In less than a year, Mark quickly moved up to the position of junior video editor. Mark would later go to work with Kelly Schwarze, and his team on their feature film, “The Indie Pendant”. In 2005 Mark moved on to a digital display company where he gained experience as a motion graphics designer, creating graphics and videos for the marquees of many of the Vegas casinos. In 2007, he was recruited to be managing editor for a local Internet television station. He is now an active member in operations for PWMG.
